PRODUCT USE

To be used raw in cooking on salads or cold pasta, ideal for flavouring any dish (risotto, pasta, meat, fish, vegetables) by adding it in the last minutes of cooking. Due to its high concentration of antioxidants, it can be used as a natural supplement. The reduced allicin content (95% less than traditional garlic makes it fully digestible).

PROCESSING

Black Garlic is obtained through a maturation process that occurs naturally within a temperature and humidity controlled environment for a period of approximately 60 days. The process occurs naturally in a confined environment without adding any ingredients or additives. The shelling and packaging of the black garlic is carried out in a certified laboratory. The jars undergo a pasteurisation process.
