PROCESSING

Black Garlic is obtained through a maturation process that occurs naturally within a temperature and humidity controlled environment for a period of approximately 60 days. The process occurs naturally in a confined environment without adding any ingredients or additive. The peeled product undergoes heat treatment to dry it. The dried cloves are mechanically ground. The resulting powder is packaged ready for use.
