Nero di Voghiera is the first and only black garlic made from Voghiera D.O.P. garlic, synonymous with quality and delicacy, and renowned for its sweet and fresh taste and its unique properties.

Respecting the typical freshness of Voghiera D.O.P. garlic, Nero di Voghiera abandons the intense and pungent aroma in favor of greater digestibility, a softer and more delicate flavor, and a complex aroma with many nuances where the classic balsamic and licorice notes of black garlic are enhanced by the typical freshness of Voghiera D.O.P. garlic.

Nero di Voghiera is the gourmet line of NeroFermento and is created for the Ho.Re.Ca. and delicatessen channels. With its multiple and different formats, it meets the needs of industry professionals and the most refined consumers.

VOGHIERA D.O.P. GARLIC

Refined and delicate, Voghiera D.O.P. garlic is renowned for its sweet and fresh taste, the result of enzymes, vitamins, flavonoids, and minerals, which together create a unique and inimitable aromatic and genetic essence. Certified and protected by the Voghiera Garlic Producers Consortium, established in 2000 and recognized by the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies. Synonymous with tradition, Voghiera D.O.P. garlic boasts a deep connection with the territory and the people who live there, characteristics that are preserved by keeping all operations strictly within the production district as established in the production regulations: each phase is carefully monitored and certified, and the product is subjected to multiple quality controls. It takes on an intense black, almost caramelized color.
